Kale Chips

Review:
This is a great low calorie nutritious snack!  I love the texture and flavor. They practically dissolve in your mouth!

There are various recipes out there.  This is my own cocktail.

1 bunch kale
1 tbs olive oil
1-2 tsp lemon juice

1.  Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 

2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice mixture. 

3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
