Tofu Saag Paneer

Saag (Spinach) Paneer (Cheese)

This Indian dish is usually made with lots of butter and milk but you get the lighter (and vegan) version here.

Review:
I really liked this dish. It was easy and simple to make.  It's loaded with essential fatty acids and nutrients. Also, curry has tons of health benefits!
